Carol has worked in various areas of law as a Law Clerk since graduating from the Law Clerk Diploma Program at Humber College in 2002.
Areas of experience include:
- Litigation – civil, commercial, class actions, insurance defence, personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, subrogation and professional indemnity matters, contract disputes and employment litigation
- Employment Law – wrongful terminations, constructive dismissals, Human Rights violations and severance negotiations for Union and non-Union matters
- Family Law – co-parenting, shared parenting time, decision making, separation and divorce and Office of the Children’s Lawyer cases
